    2. WHAT IS YOUR MOQ? OUR MOQ FOR OUR DESIGNS ON OUR WEBSITE IS 4 PER DESIGN. IF YOU HAVE A CUSTOM ORDER THE MINIMUM WILL BE 8 PER DESIGN. THIS CAN BE MIXED BETWEEN SIZES & STYLES.
    3. WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME? WE RUN FROM 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. DURING A BUSY TIME THIS MIGHT CHANGE BUT WE WILL POST UPDATES AND UPDATE THIS IF THAT CHANGES. THE DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED IS WHEN THIS TIME PERIOD BEGINS.
    4. CAN I DO A PREORDER? YES OF COURSE, THIS IS ALWAYS AT YOUR OWN RISK THOUGH! WE TRY TO KEEP STOCK UPDATED BUT THINGS CAN ALWAYS HAPPEN SUDDENLY WITH STOCK. WE ARE HAPPY TO TELL YOU HOW STOCK IS IF YOU EMAIL US! 
    5. I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT IT IS INCORRECT OR DAMAGED? YOU MUST CONTACT US AT HODBCUSTOMERSERVICE@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 5 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER BEING DELIVERED.IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED WE NEED A CLEAR PHOTO OF THE DAMAGED ITEM. WE WILL NOT REPLACE ANYTHING THAT HAS BEEN MAILED OUT TO A CUSTOMER.
    6. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? NO WE DO NOT. EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE-WE WILL NOT CANCEL ORDERS AFTER 24 HOURS.
